If you want to save an e-mail message without including information such as names, subjects, dates and times, or if you want to save only a portion of the content of an e-mail message, you can “cut and paste” all or a portion of it into another software application such as Word, Works, Notepad, etc.
Use your mouse to highlight all pertinent information in the e-mail message you want to save
Right click and choose "Copy"
Open the word processing application you wish to use
Right click and choose “Paste”
The information you want will now appear in the application you have chosen. You can format this document and save it to a file as you normally would a word processing document or you can print it. Close the application and return to your e-mail program.
If you have information in a word processing file you want to send to someone, you can use the same “cut and paste” method in reverse to move that information from the file to an e-mail message.
